Environmental

Smarter use of energy, equipment, and everyday resources.

Software may live in the cloud, but it runs on real energy, real devices, and real resources. So we look for ways to lighten our footprint wherever we can.

  • Solar-first operations: A significant share of electricity already comes from solar energy, and we're working towards running fully on the sun.
  • Longer-living equipment: We maintain, repair and redeploy equipment. End-of-life equipment goes to an authorised recycling partner, after data is securely wiped or destroyed.
  • Greener code: Efficient software uses less energy, runs faster and costs less to host. Our teams are exploring resource-conscious coding and moving towards formal green-coding practices.
  • A lighter workplace: Green spaces, digital documents and onboarding help make environmentally conscious habits part of everyday work.

  • Always learning: Regular learning and development, alongside Bug Factory, our knowledge-sharing hub, helps engineers teach, learn and grow together.

  • Wellbeing and voice: We promote wellbeing, gather feedback on the workplace experience and act on what we hear. We are also formalising our anti-harassment procedures.

For a company handling client data, AI systems, and ERP implementations across borders, trust has to be provable. Ours rests on:

  • Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015-certified, and our information security practices are ISO 2700:2022-aligned and reviewed continuously.
  • We comply with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act and Computer Crimes Act, and everyone is introduced to security practices.
  • Code of Conduct: No bribery or corruption, disclosure of conflicts of interest, modest and transparent gifts and hospitality, and fair dealing.
  • Speak-up culture: Concerns can be reported confidentially at [email protected]. Honest, good-faith reports will not result in retaliation.
  • Responsible AI: We consider accuracy, fairness, privacy, security and human oversight before AI solutions go live.
