Tasked with enhancing the visibility of ProMateworld, Sanmark Solutions dedicated 300 hours to meticulously optimize the website's core aspects, including categories, subcategories, and page contents. Additionally, the project included an ongoing commitment to content creation, with a focus on delivering one blog post per week, aimed at sustaining engagement and bolstering the site's SEO standing. Key features include:

  • Multiple Payment Methods: Incorporating WebXpay, Koko, Mint Pay, and cash on delivery (COD), offering flexibility for customers.
  • Customer Engagement Tools: Features like book-list requests, gift vouchers, coupon discounts, and a loyalty system enhance user experience and encourage repeat business.

They had a Sales Force Automation (SFA) system, which they needed to improve and maintain their existing SFA System with new features to do their work easier. The purpose of this system is to mobilize their sales and distribution operations in the cloud. It makes it easier to manage and monitor their daily sales-related tasks.
